The 3Ds

All successful exhibition stands start with a conversation with you — after all, you know your brand better than anyone. We believe that to work with our clients as effectively as possible, we need to understand their business, and this is our first opportunity to learn from you.

We'll establish a detailed understanding regarding the event(s) that you are attending, the space(s) that you have booked and what you need to do with it. If you need inspiration, we’ll come up with ideas based on what will compliment your brand, product or service.

All this is best achieved in a face-to-face meeting, but if you really don't have time, we can discuss over the phone and meet virtually using a convenient web-based screen sharing solution where required.

Once we understand your goals and objectives, we can move into the design phase…

Using our creative experience combined with leading 3D design software, we develop ideas that meet all the criteria discussed and will ensure your brand stands out from the crowd.

Our designs are 3D computer driven, designed to scale and leave nothing to the imagination. We provide accurate concepts for realistic interpretation and virtual animations where relevant — particularly useful when the project is either large in scale or difficult to interpret just from static 3D images.

Similarly to the discussion phase of the project, we find that presenting designs is most productive in person; it enables us to gauge your honest reaction and develop the design further to ensure it better matches your preferences if we haven't 'hit the nail on the head' first time. After all, design is a very personal thing.

A good exhibition design demands a good quality build to match. We have established a network of dependable build partners to ensure our high standards are maintained on every project that we deliver. Not just here in the UK — we build stands globally; with Hedron you can exhibit everywhere.

Diligent project management is the key to the success of every project. Your dedicated account manager is also an experienced project manager — meaning that you have one consistent point of contact throughout. We believe this is the only way to ensure that nothing is missed or lost in translation and ensures that all aspects of your project exceeds expectations.

We pay meticulous attention to detail on all aspects of your project whilst it's in the development phase. From liaising with your appointed graphic designer (or creating the artwork for you if you don’t have one) through to submitting all plans, risk assessments and methods statements to the organiser for approval, we free you from the paperwork and red tape associated with attending an exhibition or event.
